Liz Green, certified by the British Horse Society, has over 30 years experience competing and instructing. She provides lessons in basic riding skills, dressage and jumping. Classes are held for beginners and more experienced riders of all ages, with both group and private instruction available. House Mountain Farm's gentle and well trained school horses have been ridden by 7 year old children to 70+ year old grandparents!

offers a unique opportunity for those who do not own a horse: Join HMF
Riding Club, and you can ride our horses. We are fully equipped to outfit
English and Western horses to suit your pleasure. Staff is available to
teach you how to catch, groom and tack-up your horse. Members enjoy a
reduced rate for lessons.

Non-Credit Horseback Riding Course
House Mountain Farm
is proud to host the UT Non-Credit equestrian riding classes. Small group
riding instruction is given each week, beginning with the proper way to
mount, steer and then control the horse through the gaits. You will also
learn how to catch, groom and tack a horse. A required $100 membership
to HMF Riding Club is payable at the first class. This allows you extra
practice time on Saturdays and Sundays (by appointment only).

| Coaching At Shows
HMF attends events
and local schooling shows, and coaching by Liz Green is available for
a fee depending on the nature of the competition. Ask Liz at your lesson
about coaching.
