| Our farm is located
on 140 acres of rolling hills, with a backdrop of handsome House Mountain.
We have a 100x200 sand jumping arena with lights, and a standard (large)
crushed limestone dressage arena, as well as a grass stadium jumping area
on the hilltop with schooling and permanent jumps. Our round pen is 15
meters w/solid sides, and easily accessible to the barn. We have miles
of trails to meander, and many optional coops to jump along the way. All
pastures jump in/jump out, too. One stream dissects the property and our
3 spring-fed ponds never dry up even in the worst drought condition. We also have a permanent automatic water trough available for the horses.
Security is tight
on our farm due to our round the clock residents. Liz Green, owner/manager,
lives on the premises and a separate apartment near our lower barn is
inhabited as well.

Front
Field Board $400/month
Horses are turned out in one of 2 large fields with run-in shelter, easily
accessible to the barn. Includes daily observation of your horse, base
grain and grass hay. Supplements and extra grain are provided by owners;
we feed them for you.
Pasture
Board (Self-care) $250/month
Our herd rotates among several large pastures to maintain the grass. In
the winter we feed round bales to the herd on an as-needed basis; board
does not go up in the winter to cover this cost. Pasture board includes
weekly observation of your horse, though daily observation is available.
B-Plan
$200/month
In conjunction with our Riding Club, you may
opt to allow use of your horse for lessons or Club members and get a reduction
to your board. This option is available to horses living in our herd,
though you may work out a unique situation with Liz if your horse lives
in a stall.
In the case that your
horse needs special care for injury or sickness, we are prepared with
hospital stalls at $15-$25 per day depending on your horse’s needs, and limited paddock space at $12 per day.
