House Mountain Farm is a boarding and training facility located 8 miles northeast of Knoxville Center mall near the base of House Mountain. Our farm boasts spring-fed ponds, miles of trails and beautiful vistas. Owner Liz Green is involved in all facets of the operation, from daily care of our boarded horses to lessons. Though our lesson program is primarily English balance seat and jumping, we have a sturdy string of school horses for use in lessons and recreation, both English and Western. HMF offers a unique situation for those who do not own a horse: you may join our riding club and ride ours! This is a great opportunity to learn about horses and horsemanship before actually buying a horse. We hold camp for the kids in summer, and UT Non-credit Horsemanship classes are held here as well.
